Whatever plant machinery a job calls for, he's behind the wheel and with the kind of experience that comes from years on site. A true senior figure on our team, and someone the rest of the crew trust completely.

Although young in the industry Dorian is already making a massive impact with his knowledge and drive. A natural leader who brings a fun infectious energy to every site, he tackles challenges with the expertise of a seasoned pro.

Conor’s been a brilliant addition to the team. All his past roles have come together to make him the complete events professional: calm, capable, and always ready to help. Kind, chatty, and great to be around, he’s the kind of person who makes long days easier and big shows run smoother.

Victor joined us as a complete newcomer to events and has grown into a highly experienced site and production crew member. With multiple plant licences, a strong work ethic, and a no-job-too-small attitude, he's been a huge asset to the team and this year he'll be stepping up into a Crew Chief role.
